There is no real secret to building relationships of "TRUST", aside from being truly GENUINE.
A little girl and her father were crossing a bridge. The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter, ‘Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don’t fall into the river.’
The little girl said, ‘No, Dad. You hold my hand.’
‘What’s the difference?’ asked the puzzled father.
‘There’s a big difference,’ replied the little girl.
‘If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let go mine.’
So the moral is, 'the essence of trust' lies not in its "Bind", but in its "Bond".

According to Brain Research Study, repeating the thoughts of the prospects makes one swirls around one particular focus …. The Prospect.
As it is said in the "Natya shastra" - "Abhinaya Darpanam"
"Yatho Hasta thatho Drishti, Yatho Drishti thatho Manah
Yatho Manah thatho Bhava, Yatho Bhava thatho Rasa."
Meaning:
Where the hands go, the eyes follow, Where the eyes go, the mind follow,
Where the mind goes, the emotions are generated.
When the emotions/senses are generated, sentiments lingers on
When the sentiments springs, the action reflects
When the Reflex-action stimulates, the outcome is pursued,
When the outcome is pursued, the prospect is achieved.
Stimulated senses target towards the destined prospect.

So what one becomes is the outcome of what is in One's thought, action and mind. This is what defined in the concept of inner engineering as "Aham Brahmasmi". So our thoughts and actions are the manifesto of our own Faith and Trust.
Paradoxically, it is always contradicted as, "Out of sight is out of Mind"!!!!
Restate and Reframe to affirm your belief in the prospect.
Ask questions to seek to understand the prospect in one's thoughts. This minimizes the misconceptions, misunderstandings, doubts and guides one to be empathetic. This process, increases the velocity and thus lays a strong foundation for the bonding towards the prospect.
In precis, this is what is said as … "Believe you can & you can".!!!!
U Must Validate unconditionally - "Come What May"
Validation brings confidence to a bonding relationship and helps the beliefs advance toward a mutually beneficial outcome. "Be a person of your words" & "No looking back"
Conscientiously , it is always said & believed - "To Be (or) Not To Be - I Shall Be ".!!!!
Seeking Permission is the key to building trust.
